Barb graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Consumer Psychology and began her 22-year career in the Insurance Industry, serving in roles including management, sales, underwriting and marketing.  This background has afforded Barb the opportunity to really know and understand the various facets of the industry.  Barb is skilled at aligning candidates both from a skills and cultural perspective so that it is a “Win-Win” situation for everybody.  Barb place candidates from the Associates level to the Executive level.  In Barb’s spare time, she is a volunteer Senior Ombudsman and is active in church.  Barb has earned her Competent Toastmaster Designation as well.
