Judith earned her MPA from Xavier University in 1988. Both undergraduate and graduate degrees were concentrated in the area of Human Resources. She has more than twenty (20) years experience in Human Resource Management and ten (10) years experience in medical recruitment. Judith is also qualified in the area of Meyers/Briggs Personality Inventory assessments; many time the Meyers/Briggs assessments are used to develop teams. Her years of experience in human resource management, recruitment and team building have provided her with an in-depth understanding of the importance of effective team building and ensuring shared success for both clients and candidates.
