Steve is in the Manufacturing/ Technology/Classic Manufacturing and Engineering group within Executive Search, Ltd. He has a dual role as a Vice President and Senior Search Specialist for ESL. Steve focuses on both retained and contingency assignments involving General Management, Engineering, Technical and Manufacturing Management, and Industrial Sales professionals. Steve joined Executive Search, Ltd. in 1990. He works primarily within the Mining, Metals, Automotive, OEM, Foundry, and Metalcasting marketplaces.

Steve put his undergraduate and MBA degrees to good use while gathering over 20 years of sales and industrial management experience. He is also a prior two-term Chairman of SAE's Manufacturing Engineering Activity and a Charter Member of the Quality Improvement Committee, as well as a Member-at-Large of the American Foundrymen's Society Division Council.
