Bobbie Back-Wedderien.  is the Vice-President of Executive Search National Bank & Finance Group. She brings over twenty-five years experience in the recruiting industry coupled with five years as a national marketing manager for a brokerage and investment firm.

She began her recruiting career in 1971 in her home state of Oklahoma. In 1977, she moved to Ohio and built a successful recruiting firm prior to moving to California in 1982. She is extremely perceptive in recognizing the specialized needs within the banking and financial industry and devotes herself to seeking the highest qualified candidates for each client.

Bobbie received her degree in Communications from Stevens College for women in Missouri. She also holds NASD Series 6 and 63 licenses.
