After earning his BS in Engineering from General Motors Institute (now Kettering University), Jim went on to get his MBA from the University of Dayton with an emphasis on Operations Research and Organization Development. Jim is the visionary behind Executive Search, Ltd. The company was established in 1974, and, due to Jim's expertise and commitment to quality, stands out today as one of the premier search firms.

Prior to entering the search industry he honed his engineering development and management skills for 12 years with General Motors. Jim focuses his efforts on the Retained Executive Level assignments as well as our Expert Witness Services.

Jim is a member of the Summit Guild and has been recognized as Account Executive of the Region multiple times through consistent generation of top-level billings. Additionally, Jim has consistently been ranked nationally amid 3,000 of his peers.
