Rusty started his career in the search industry in 2000 and quickly became one of the top search experts, nationally, in the Commercial Printing arena. With the desire to serve the larger market, he has broadened his scope to include the supply side (paper, ink, prepress, rollers, blankets, presses, etc.). His professionalism and tenacity as well as his contacts and knowledge of the industry make him specifically suited to get results.  Rusty is also the originator of the Option 3 Recruiting Program offered exclusively through Executive Search, Ltd. This program ties the recruiting fee to a placed salesperson's performance post-hire instead of an income. 

A graduate of the Printing Management program at West Virginia University Institute of Technology, Rusty developed his skills in the paper and packaging industry as well as telecommunications prior to entering the recruiting industry.
