Randy is a member of the Manufacturing Technology/classic Manufacturing group and leads the Venture Capital/M&A team with Executive Search, Ltd. He focuses on both retained and contingency assignments working successfully with Senior Executives, Operations Management, Engineering, and Human Resource professionals.

Randy graduated with a BSBA from the University of Cincinnati, with continuing education from Xavier University and Ohio State University. Randy most recently spent six (6) years with Chesapeake Display and Packaging as a Production Manager. His previous sixteen (16) years were in bulk processing and packaging operations of the food industry in a variety of production management positions. With his analytical and problem solving skills Randy knows how and where to find the superior talent necessary for succeeding in today’s complex and ever-changing situations.
