Specialization: Accounting and Finance

Selina comes to Executive Search with over 18 years in the recruiting industry. She has a diverse background including staffing from administrative to executive levels and currently specializes in contract and contingency placements in the Accounting and Finance field. She has spent most of her career in management managing multiple locations in Atlanta, Ga, Nashville, Tn, Dayton, Oh and most recently in Cincinnati Ohio. This has allowed her the opportunity to build relationships with a large pool of clients and employees in those markets. She has also managed key and national accounts, including Ryder International and Dell Computers. She also participated in the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta, Ga where her firm placed over 19,000 employees during the Olympic games. She has sat on various committees for the Chamber of Commerce in Atlanta and Nashville and was chosen to participate in the Chambers Leadership program in Nashville, Tn. Other organizations include SHRM and the Rotary Club in Nashville, TN.

Selina graduated from Clayton State University in Atlanta, Ga with a degree in Marketing. Much of her career has been spent training and developing individuals. She has also traveled to other markets to transition employees during company acquisitions. She takes pride in her ability to offer customized solutions to meet her customer's needs, which in turn has built trust and allowed for long-term partnerships.
